Non-delivery of pan card

I applied for my pan card which has been alloted to me. i checked the online status of my pan card which showed that it has has been dispatched on 22.03.2011 by expressit logistics worldwide ltd. courier vide airway bill no.20004898082 and the reference no. being 108801004617531161. my pan card no. is AGFPH6216G. The issue is that the online status of the courier states that it was to be delivered on 29.03.2011 at 3.pm. and it has not been delivered as they found my residence (address of my communication) locked. This is a concocted story by the courier company and its absolutely a white lie. It is further submitted that i complained this matter to their e-mail address on 30.03.2011. i have not yet recieved any reply on their behalf. i have tried their customer service no. but always found it busy. I am a legal professional and this is absolutely intolerant behaviour by the courier company. It is my humble request to look into the matter and provide my expedite justice.
