I Applied Pan Card at NSDL . They Allotted Pan Number and Dispatched in courier (Express Logistic World wide ltd) at Bombay NSDL Booked the courier on 11-feb, It reached Chennai at Nungabbakam Branch on 15-feb at 9.30 am. Till the date they did't dispatched the courier. I called several times to the customer care They did not attend the call.
