PENDING PICK UP!! number: 185297

CANT HELP CYBER SHOUTING! HAVE BEEN HELD HOSTAGE FOR JUST 800 BUCKS! RECIEVED TWO PAIR OF SHOES.ONE OF THEM WAS DAMAGED BEYOND USE. NOTIFICATION HAS RESULTED TO RESPONSES LIKE PLEASE WAIT FOR 72 HOURS. SUCH PRUDEnCE THAT I WAS ASKED TO TO RETURN THE MATERIAL AT MY OWN EXPENSE. AND THAT THE MATTER HAS BEEN UN ATTAINED FOR THE LAST 35 DAYS. "we don not deliver damaged goods" one attendant groans, felt like causing him physical damage!!

I am deeply grieved to have experienced the amount of neglect with which my issue was handled by the customer care as well as the management team. After having reported the damaged good (27.01.2011) I have refreshed my complained every three days but to no response., My testimonial for your website is rather high as far as delivery and quality issues were concerned. but curtomer care after the deal has been made sucks pretty bad. and did i mention i was in a completely useless call wit the customer care for almost 2 hours, add the bill in please. turns out hankering for such meagre discount was not worth it after all. Condemnable to the greatest dgree!

i dont think i will be shopping here again
