Non Delivery of the consignment

No proper system of anything ranging from delivery to customer care. They seriously have some problem with customers calling them. All the lines - local or even corporate have gawaaar! aunties on the line who actually don’t know how to talk and how to deal. Delivery is for sure can never be on time. All of them are big jerks!! NOT NOT NOT RECOMMENDED! and even if you choose to send it on your own risk, forget about delivery they wont even talk to you well!

My consignment no. I04296923 was to be delivered on May 28 but on May 27 it had internal misroute! and then when i tried talking to the customer care they were least bothered..lame people all of them!!
