First Flight
No response on delivery status

I booked a courier on 19th of july i was told that it will reach on 21st july its 22nd today n the delivery is not done till date, instead on calling on the no's mentioned to check the status, the lady replies that SIR, my office timings are over so i can't tell you the status mow, after requesting her a lot she had given a stupid excuse that she has mailed it to someone about the query and that person will give me a cal back... since few hours m waiting for that person to call me, on the mean time i again have tried the cal center no's again n again but nobody is picking up the call. The bottom line is the courier walas don't even care for the urgency of customer... And herein i have not mentioned the consignment no. and name of the telecallers, but still if i will not get any response then i'll reveal al the names of even the telecallers
