Delayed Delivery Damaged Condition

Dear Sir,

I had booked a parcel containing expensive pediatric food packed in good condition to Chennai K.K. Nagar address from Hosur, near Bangalore through First Flight Courier vide their docket no: F53114523 dated 31/05/011. The same was not delivered the next day as assured by the booking branch near Dharga in Hosur. I was told that the parcel had gone to Royapettah Branch and it would be delivered latest by evening. Instead the same was handed over to the addressee third day in a damaged condition. The pediatric food item was fully spoiled and was presumed that the First Flight staff tried to steal the content and later realising that it was not worthy, they sealed it again with their tape.

Now I want the management of FF to take suitable action against their staff for this act and compensate me for the loss incurred. Otherwise appropriate forum will be approached for the immediate redressal of the grievance.
