First flight courier

I am Pinesh Singal. My Consignment for First Flight Couriers with Consignment No. O31378621, despatched on 11-Feb is currently with Pune Pimpri or Chinchwad or Chinchwad Gaon since 2 days & is not yet delivered to me. On 14th Feb it was branch misroute. No branch is taking responsibility to delivery & they are passing the consignment to each other. I called all PCMC branches & they saying pimpri sent to chinchwad, chinchwad saying they sent to pimpri, pimri sent to new chinchwad branch, new chinchwad branch saying they not yet received it.

I highly escalate the worst services by FirstFlight, behaving like govt postal dept. I think postal dept is much faster then this courier co. who plays within their own department themselves.

Hence I am filing consumer complaint for Pune office for the delay in service, delivery & harassment that they are doing to me.
