Dear Sir/ Madam,

I booked courier from Hyderabad to thiruvarur on 13th December my consignment no is A29426658 ; till this date (21.12.2010) it has not reach the destination (it contains my original certificates)

If the address is insufficient they should either call the person booked or the Addressee; both the phone numbers are provided on that cover

I called the customer care but very very poor response from that person-Srinivas ; 9346271212 . I dont get any response from any of the offices ; Please do me the needful.
