Hyderabad - phone number not working for contact

Hello Sir,

Just wanted to bring a complaint regarding FIRST FLIGHT COURIER company. In hyderabad they have setup call center and provided their Phone number which is Ph: 040 - 39444444, and this phone number is always busy. Kindly try dialing that number. This type of customer service is pathetic and I am not sure how are they doing their business without a proper contact line. Also their website does not reflect proper tracking status. India is progressing towards 21st century but due to such companies and their ineffecient services, we are unable to move ahead.

I request you to send them a notice to either correct their services or STOP their courier services in hyderabad, if they cannot function in Hyderabad.
