Non-Compliance of activity

One consignment containing Beetel Telephone was accepted by the First Flight Couriers at Delhi for Delivery at my city address given as specified above. The company website clearly exhibit that the pincode locator i.e.522501 includes vis-a-vis Kunchanapalli is serviceable. But the company refused to deliver the consignment at my home address. On the intervention of Beetel authorities, the courier informed me to take delivery at their office, Vijayawada. Otherwise the consignment will be returned to the Beetel. I was forced to take delivery at Vijayawada. In that way the facility of online shopping was denied by the first flight courier. I conclude that the Companies are not service oriented but promoting their business giving false comitments to inconvenience the consumers. Can the consumer Forums redress such grievences imposing or suggesting guidelines to the companies.
