Recieved Empty Consignment

One of my friend has send the consignment containing a Wallet from delhi to mysore via FIRST FLIGHT COURIER SERVICES .when i received the consignment it was not having the wallet i received only the box.when i complained ablout it to the courier services nobody is ready to understand. Can u please take some strict action against it.
