THEFT OF ARTICLE FROM PARCEL
I had sent 2 electronic items and a archies card to my sister on 26th march through first flight courier services for her birthday. When she collected the parcel from the company one of the items of the parcel a Sony mp3 player was missing.
This is clearly a case of theft as the mp3 player was packed infront of me in the parcel. The contents of the parcel were also clearly noted down by the parcel company. On contacting the courier services later I was told that it wasnt their responsibilty wen something like this happens. Where as while dispatching when I asked them to insure the contents of the parcel I was told that there was no need to do so by the person incharge. C. No. M14249889. Sent on 26 March weighing 750gms from Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra. Recieved on 3rd April weighing 690 gms and mp3 player missing at Bhathinda, Punjab.
