I applied for new PAN CARD and the department verified my address and they approved the application and sent the new pan card through First Flight Couriers Ltd on 8/feb (As per gov website pan tracking status). when i checked on First Flight Couriers Ltd website the response was

12-Feb Chennai House Locked

14-Feb Chennai No Such Consignee At Given Address

14-Feb Chennai Despatched To HUB (RTH) - No Such Consignee At Give

but the truth was the house wasnt locked on 12/feb.. no such person visited on 14/feb and they say that "no such consignee at given address". then my question is the government people fool who approved my PAN CARD by verifying my Ration Card, Student Id Card.

now my card is returned back to mumbai and if the IT department reject my PAN CARD (which i applied to write the exam) will the courier company idiot componsate me. no one visited my house because its 35 kms away from city and its nearly 2km from main town these courier people just returned back to save their energy and time. but am affected by this idiotic decision. atleast if they informed me i would have collected it in their office. shame on these people
