Delay in Delivery

This courier service should be named Last Flight Couriers.

They have not delivered my document despatched from Hyderabad to Pune on 28 Mar to pune even on 01 Apr.

The customer service which I got after 20 calls it is an operational error and happens often.

So if anyone have a document to be delivered urgently don't sent through First flight paying Rs 100 instead of Rs 25/- through Speed post.
