Delay in delevery of courie

My courier c.no is U42235040 . I booked my courier dated 20/12 & it contain cheqe. This cheqe is to be submitted to my builder besteck pvt ltd.by 23/12 . I have checked on first flight tracking system & it is showing in TRANSIT for last 12 hrs. i am calling customer care number 0657-3944444 but it never connects . it seems it is out of service. i tried gurgaon office & they gave me patna office number (0612-3205075 ) & they also told me that the courier has been dispatched by train & not by flight & so it is in route . i am trying to contact patna office but no one picks up the phone. It is really disgusting that courier company like first flight is working in such a manner . they charge so heavely & send courier by train & non of there office or customer service phone is working.

Try to understand customer proble. Your service has really become very bad & your company is behaving like a thirdclass local courier company.
