Non receipt of courercove

My client had booked courier through first flight couriers ltd @ chennai through POD no: C05676459 to my address at Krishnankoil, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District on 04/01. But till date I have not received the courier. If tracked on their website, it is mentioned in the site that the address is at far of place as reason for non delivery of the document. The site does not have the address of their Nagercoil office. But, when once their address is traced and found by other means and contacted- their reply is that the cover is with delivery boy and I should contact the delivery person through moblie. Moreover, their office is at Nagaraja Koil and my address is @ Krishnankoil which is very near to Vadasery Bus stand. But they had simply mentioned at the website far of place as reason for non delivery and I am not able to understand the reson for non delivery of the document.

I lodge this complaint as I have no other choice.will my cover be delivered and when?
