Loss of parcel enroute

Hi,

I had sent a parcel to my parents contained some important documents from Gurgaon (Haryana) to Faridkot (Punjab). I had been calling them to enquire for the courier but they said that it will be delievered but was not, then said we need some time to deliver it, n now they say it is lost. It has been more than 2 weeks since i had complained but i know nothing about my courier yet. I want to know who is responsible for this.

Plz send parcels at ur own risk, as this is a worst courrier company i have come across.
