Non Delivery of Product

I have ordered 2 books from flipkart which they promise to deliver in 2 - 3 business days.

As per the shipment history :

Wed, 19-10 | 02:58 PM Delivered To The Customer New Delhi

Wed, 19-10 | 02:27 PM Out For Delivery New Delhi

Wed, 19-10 | 02:25 PM Received At Flipkart Facility New Delhi

Tue, 18-10 | 09:29 PM In Transit To Flipkart Facility New Delhi

Tue, 18-10 | 02:31 PM Received At Flipkart Facility Mumbai

Tue, 18-10 | 01:21 PM In Transit To Flipkart Facility Mumbai

But i havn't received any of the books. When i called to confirm the same from customer care they told that Tracking ID is wrong in the mail. And the customer care guy told me that are not sure about the delivery time of the order. Hell with Flipkart. I will never again go for it and refer any one.
