My Father had booked a letter from Vizianagram on 07/01 for destination to Kolkata, 7 days have passed and i am yet to receive my letter. Every time i call in the cell no i.e. 98300 40220, it goes un-answerd, and the other no i.e. 93399 70930 the person says that it will be delivered today and nothing happens.

Please tell me what to do as the letter contains important documents regarding my PASSPORT verification.

If the documents are not shown to the police department by this SATURDAY then they will send back my application form back and i will have to wait for more than a month.

I have qualified for a holiday trip abroad with my family from my organisation after acheiving 150% of my sales target, and the travel date will be during 1st. week of MARCH.

Please help me come out of the situation as i have to deposit my PASSPORT to my company for further proceedings for the tour by 20th. of FEBRUARY, otherwise i will loose my trip for which i have worked effortlessly for the last 1 year.

Please tell me who will COMPENSATE that...
