Non Delivery of importabant courier even after 22 days of dispatch

Flyking courier service has not delivered my courier even after receiving the courier 8 days back. Courier with C-Note no: 19292414, Host location: Saharanpur, Desitined Location: Bangalore, Btm1st stage.

I was about to receive my important graduation documents along with Rakhi in this courier. I chased following numbers infinite times, but all in vein.

Finally one person name Jyothi picked up the call, but talkin to her was waste, because she has given me contact details of the person who deliver the courier in my area. I tried to call this busy person A, who never lift call. Fortunatly one day he picked up and said to call back to 08042047380, what is the head office number, because he does'nt have my courier.

By this time I am frustrated since its been 5 days I was chasing this FLYKING jurks.

Finally I called up this number 08042047380, MR.VIJAY, a person seems polite, picked and afer lot of querries he said to me what is totally surprising. SIR, I have ur courier and it was not delivered because my person could'nt find anyone home" Arrgghhh.

How it can be possible as I am living in the society and generally my care taker takes all the courier.By this time I am so interested in just getting my things and I asked him to tell me where he sits exactly so that I can collect it right now.

But again the story is same. He said no need to take tention you can collect it tomorrow from BTM branch. Now comes tomorrow, I went to this BTM, jayanagar 9th block branch and agian the old story repeated. " sir please call the head office, we do not have ur courier".

Till date I haven't received my courier also my documents are lost. I am going to lodge a missing complaint of my documents also will file a case against this FLYKING in court.
