Area: Rajahmundry Rural and Dowlaiswaram, Battina Subbarao Colony native. East Godavari Dt.

FP Shops union President.

Scam / Fraud to be noted:

1) Illegal authorization of cards more than the REAL PEOPLE – as we know that he has 500-800 cards extra allotted by your officers.

2) Every allotment 20-25% ration (Rice and Kerosine and Sugar) they are keeping hide in records and doing BLACK and also all off your officers thay have share.

3) Number of shops with relatives names also SC and handicapped shops also he is maintaining.

One of the biggest fraud he is operating.

Now this Guy (Panduri Apparao) has 4-5 crore properties in the form of Buildings, plots, agri lands, cars and gold ets. all they registered with his two Daughters name. It's an smart idea and planned.

CID Investigation and Income tax inquiry needed- 5 years back he is a BIKARI now how he has this much assets. Not only this person and to check the properties of both daughters, wife from where they got all this.

Pls Help POOR PEOPLE like us suffering for food – our ration he is doing black and he is enjoying.
