About fruad people in rashan card

In our builing name gangasagar c.h.s plot no.44, 45, 46 sec-20 koperkharine navimumbai . flat no. G-101 had added frauded 6 people in his rashan card . added people not live in his room . he get kerosine in rashan card wioll sell it at market price . i want to know that govt. pay the subside in kerosine but it will not get to right people. he had gas cylinder. i want to know from navi mumbai rashan card department that how he get this rashan card. come and check that he will sell kerosine or not . or people that name in rashan card r live in room or not
