Not providing services to their consumers

Eceptionist of malik enterprises in front of jayanti complex jabalpur do not behave gentlly with their consumers..

1.some times they keep receiver of phone over table. so we are unable to register our gas cylinder..

2.they take 25 day register entry for the service while statutory rules are 21 days.

3.they take more than 10 days to send gas cylinder.

4.i hava regitered before 15 days but still they did not send any service to my home.

5.they darely say "do what you can do".. "no one can do anything to us".. "we will do, what we want"...

kindly proceed as soon as possible..
