I have given contract to Gati Home Packers & Movers, situated at Navi Mumbai, to shift my house hold items from KHOPOLI to JHARSUGUDA.

The domestic items was given for dispatch on 03-Feb in Khopoli and was scheduled to reach Jharsuguda in a week's time.

I want to complaint against him that still on this time i.e (14-Feb) I have not received my luggage from Gati Logistics Packers & Movers.

I have paid the entire shifting expenses and all my bills are cleared. The DC No. 065.

The people at Gati are not responding and have become sick of trying them. nobody is taking responsibility.

Can this Consumer Court help me have justice.

I can provide the Court with all necessary documents available with me.
