Lost bag

My name is Mehak Jain. I had sent 5 bags on 27th March from Goa Institute of Management, Ribandar, Goa-403006 to Alwar (Rajasthan). I received 3 bags on 31st March and the delivery boy told us that the other 2 bags are in transit and would be delivered within 4-5 days. When I did not get my bags til 6-7 April, I started calling them atleast twice everyday to enquire about the same. They delivered one of the two bags on 16-17 April. One bag is missing till date and when I claimed for my lost bag, they again started searching for the bag. Everyday I call them and they say tomorrow. They have done some forgery and written the bag value as Re1 on the consignment slip. My bag contains all my expensive as well as casual clothes along with my important documents like marksheets, etc worth more than Rs. 20, 000. I have made calls to them worth more than atleast Rs. 500 till date. Now, they do not pick up phone also and when they do so, and I ask them to refund my claim, they say that because of low commercial value of the bag, I cannot claim the money for my bag. Their highly incooperative, rude and careless behaviour has totally frustrated me and thats why I wanted to file a case of forgery and misbehaviour against them and the compensation for my lost bag and mental agony.
