GAURI SHANKAR GAS AGENCY
LATE DELIVERY OF REFILL

Hi,

I am VAIBHAV BHOR, (consumer no:52854) having a gas connection of Bharat Gas (Gauri Shankar Gas Agency, Karve Road). I book the rfill on 21 Sept and after 23 days still waiting for refill to arrive also they are not issuing 2nd gas cylinder so i have to beg my neighbours for there refill cylinder. The problem is this agency always deleviers refill after 20 to 25days whereas the same gas (Bharat gas distribuitors in city give refilll within05days after booking .(cyclinder refill in city area is refilled within 03-05days) and from same agency some people get reffiled cyclender within 05 days, I dont no how did they get it? by giving extra money or enything else?

The ladies at the Gauri Shankar gas counters & phone are very rude & arrogant.
