Passport

It’s been 5 months now and applied 3 times, still the passport is not yet issued. This passport is for a kid who is 2 and half year old and for which police enquiry has also been done around 4 months back. Being a father and a citizen of India i did my best to get a passport for my son but still i could not succeed. i do not know the reason why the passport is not issued. i request the concerned officials to look into this matter urgently and do the needful. Details are as below,
