I have complaints to GEB

There are 2 electricity providers in Surat.

1. GEB (Gujarat Electricity Board)

2. Torrent Power (In main city)

GEB's Service is very bad... in Monsoon & Summer almost every day light goes off. Don't know what is the reason.

One day they had cut off power 4-5 times a day... due to this our refrigerator, TV, DVD player all gone...

We had repair cost of around 3000/-

we had called to GEB and told about this but they didn't listen us. They told that it can happen sometimes. but it is not sometimes... this happens everyday.

In torrent power, power goes 4-5 times per year... and that is also for just 2-5 minutes.

but In GEB, power goes 400-500 times per year... and that is also for minimum half n hour. some times whole day.

I think when power goes they put phone receiver on side so no one can call...

We tired of complaining to GEB...
