Partial theft of goods from parcel

"Custservice" To our utter dismay, with unbelievable shock, we are compelled to inform you that the subject consignment was delivered after one month but the parcel was already opened before delivering at Receiver's end and also found some goods were stolen from the parcel (weight was also 3kg less and the ropes were untied).

We do not hope our stolen goods will be recovered but ensure in future that this does not happen since the reputation of EMIRATES POST will be jeopardised if this matter is reported in media circles of UAE.

Please try to solve this imbroglio to avoid recurrence in future to enable the confidence of senders is maintained intact.
