No Action Taken by Police Department

Dear Sir,

It is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice that no action has been taken by complain reference No.is 10162/E-mail dated 17/10. Even official can't talk properly over phone. On 11th Nov., we received a letter from Sarojini Nagar Police station an untraced report, they have not got any clue so they have closed our file on 14th Oct. that means we lost our things permanently against the FIR (FIR No. 178).

In the month of July (4th July) there was a theft in our house, all our gold ornaments and cash from Two lockers has been theft between 1.15 PM -2.15PM (AFTERNOON) SHO Mr. A.S Rawat, Inspector Mr. Mukesh and Head Constable Mr. Dinesh Tiwari took our case and visited our home the day theft happened. We have provided all the information which Police wanted from us. One person came from finger print expert but spent only 5-10 minutes and left the place without any result.

I would like to ask few questions from police department that if theft has been done in SHO’s own house or Commissioner or Any Minister house then also same manner police will handle the case, the way they have handled my case, Police Department has given statement in the letter that they have not got any clue, we need an explanation what action they took the clue we have given to them (I clearly told every official in Sarojini Nagar Police Station that we have doubt on our maid who left job without notice period 4 days before the theft at our home, we also requested police to do cross question to our neighbors’ as houses are attached to each other in our apartment but till now no action was taken and not even they visited my residence then after)

5% General Public like me has so much faith on police and expected some justice but the real shock is when Police Department shows negligence in their basic responsibility and will not consider even this small offense seriously then how one TRUST ON YOU. Now I I lost my trust on our state's security system. Now I agree with the People who are saying the POLICE DEPARTMENT ARE INVOLVED IN CRIME & SHARED THE AMOUNT FROM THEFT that’s the reason till date no action taken against the culprit those have stolen in day time & that also the place like humayunpur, safdarjung enclave where all houses are closely attached to each other.

Therefore through this mail I once again request your good self to take immediate necessary step for arresting the culprit and also against the police official those are silent on taking step against all the culprits. and police department in sleeping with close Ears and Eyes.

The police due to influence of the police dress are taking advantage of the police dress are treating the public very badly so please help the general kindly request you to do the needful at the earliest..
