Illegal Shops in Residential Apartments

I am living at H. No.-789, G-3, Shalimar Garden, Ext-1, Sahibabad Ghaziabad. Here in this apartment there are two illegal shops as these are not allowed in the residential complexes.

Also, in one of these the shopkeeper use to allow the hard-drink consumers to consume alcohol to earn more profit creating problem with the residents of the building.

Even also threatens the residents from parking their Cars in front of the building.

How can we get rid of these Shopkeepers and Illegal shops.
