Unauthorized Construction

In indirapuram, unauthorised construction is going on 2nd floor is constructed fully. However as per law only 2.5 manjil is allowed. What action has been taken to stop the same. I don't know. Particularly in Shakti Khand there is huge illegal construction on 2nd floor.
