Dear Sir,

With reference to subjected I have to inform you that my Verification is already done by Local Police in the month of December. I have fulfilled all the requirements of Passport office which was required by them. When I checked my status on computer it always shows that "

(Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO)

. Please furnish 3 personal particulars forms of permanent address." After showing this objection on computer I submitted 3 furnished personal particular forms of my permanent address in the month of one December&one Januray&one Febuary but still there is no response from Passport office.

I request you to look into the matter & issue my Passport at your earliest.
