Voter card non issueing photo's updation pending

Dear sir,
i had applied for voter id 2004 year i got voter registration number AC part no 86 Sl. No 748 for mansoorabad division i applied in the last month with relevant form by attaching pass port size photo;s also still i had not received voter ID but in the ghmc and news papers and news govt.officials are stating that public is not submitting photo's and their staff is going to collect photo's from houses no body had not visited the houses.
