Illegal Construction

We residents of Hno, 12-1-86, Lalapet, Sunderabad. Near Ram Theater.

Want to express our concern about the illegal construction in front of our house which was done by the resident name MR. VENKATESH. This property has encroached the public pathway occupying about 4-5 feet road and road leading to the interior of the community, making the interior residents life miserable and making us inaccessible to basic emergency vehicles. This property has flouted all legal rules for construction by not following legal setbacks setup by your organization to the road, etc. Due to this, encroachment we cannot get a ambulance/ any three wheeler vehicles to our homes in case of medical emergencies and it is difficult to drive the two wheeler also the construction is on corner which is very difficult while Turing the vehicles.

Request you to please take the necessary action against Venkatesh and help us to solve the issue. We tried to convince him explaining about the problem but there was no response still continuing with illegal construction occupying the road.
