Non payment of Railway Pension after 30 years

Railway Family Pension PPO no. APN/B2/POSTL-11/CKB - Padma Bajpai.

I have already sent one letter to CPMG, Lucknow on the above subject and a copy to CPMG, GPO, LUCKNOW, In this subject I wish to say that I have written one letter to CPMG, LUCKNOW on 27.02.2012 in which I have stated that my mother, Padma Bajpai, 73 yrs old went to Satna to meet my brother and there she was paralysed and for the last few months she is on bed and since then inspite of all the formalities demanded by Gomti Nagr Post Office, they are not paying her pension to me (younger son), nor they are arranging to pay her directly through DD, althoug I am ready to bear all the expenses, neither they are trying to verifying the facts by appointing Satna Post Office in this matter and she is suffering very badly, they acknowledged my letter through their letter no. E/lekha/re.pe./vividh/11.12/lucknow g.p.o./dated 03.03. addressed to pravar dak adhikchhak, lucknow mandal, lucknow-226007 and a copy endorsed to me.

But it is regretted to say that already 25 days have left, but till date no further action is being initiated and my ailing mother, who is on bed, is suffering without her pension.

I have again and again requested them to arrange to pay my ailing mother her pension. Kindly guide me in this matter as to whom in the ministry should be contacted.
