Nonreceipt of pension & gratuity differance as per 6th pay commission

Subject: Government servants/officers of Gujarat State, those retired after 01-01 & who is getting provisional pension are still not given new provisional pension & gratuity difference as per 6th pay commission.

Reference:- Finance Department Resolution No. PGR-5-Pay Cell (M) 13th April

Respected Sir,

Now as per the resolution under reference all the retired government servants/officers are eligible to get benefit of 6th pay commission.

But as per Government policy, Government Servants those retired after 1-1-06 & whose provisional pension is fixed are not allotted Permanent Pension Order number (P.P.O. No).

Without P.P.O. No, pay verification online is not possible. And without pay verification Head of the Department can not fix new provisional pension and can not give other differences as per 6th pay commission.

So, since last ten months, all the Government servants/officers retired after 01-01 and getting provisional pension are not getting new provisional pension and other benefits as per 6th pay commission. And deprived of there basic rights.

Since last ten months I am perusing concern authorities but nobody is taking proper interest to solve this problem which affects thousands of retied persons.

So I kindly request your news paper to help us in getting us our basic rights in this matter.
