NO delivery of commonwealth coins set XIX games

Dear Sir,

I have placed my order for the commonwealth coins set XIX games in November. WITH BUYERS REFERENCE NO ;CRP-614/10-11 FOR RS 2850.00

The reason for my query is I had also simultaneously placed for the rabindranath coins set which I got it delivered through a courier agency on March 17.

I have already sent 3 Regd. letters on 26.3.2011 to kolkata mint and all there telephone no doesnt work.

the one i call to general manager /asst manager on ph 24014821/24010572. they say to call on reception which doest responce. EMAIL dosent works? All works like DELHI OLD DESU BIJLI PEOPLE LIKE!

Shall can I put RTI on this matter and how?

Hence I would like you to look into this matter and advise me about the same soon.
