Regarding Pf

Dear Sir/Madam

Please give some solution as i have been applied my pf by 31st July to Bajaj allianz life insurance and then it received to Pune PF Office by 4th November, as per discuss on telephone at PF office they said that u will receive your pf by maximum 45 days, but its been more than 45 days, no body is picking up the phone in the pf office - Pune and i m not getting any reply and also i want to know that is there any income tax deduction on pf or not

please do some solution as soon as possible
