My parents had a sb a/c no-1562644 in the name phool chandra varshney & smt asha devi with postoffice sec c sitapur road lucknow now both of them have expired in nov & may i have submitted all the related forms duly completed as per rule in july to the authorities for claim case to be settled in my favour but nothing has been done so far i am still waiting for the payments even after 6-7 months .my application is wandering between post office-gpo-new hyderabad postal office lucknow etc etc when my case will be finalised and how please guide me for an early solution--sharad chandra ro d-2/487 sector f jankipuram lucknow 226021 mobile no 9935773598
