Rampant illegal construction in group housing society

Hi,

This complaint is about Vikas Kunj CGHS in West delhi. It has close to 1300 flats, has a functional RWA but still there is lot of illegal construction activities going on in the society. No one is stopping that even after lodging police complaints, letters to MCD, DDA etc.

I need to know how can we stop this as it is causing a lot of problems. More than 50% of the houses here have illegal constructions.
