Non receipt of Election ID card

Election Voter ID card of my wife Alkaben yet not received. I hv already submit of appliction form for transfer her ID card registration. The name of Alkaben is already transfer & enter in Viramgam Assembly Voter list but Id card is not recd. During 15 to 31 april door to door survey nobody officer visit in our area for checking & confirmation for Voter ID list or Card. so pl. do the needful at the earliest. Contact No. 919998339099
