Non Delivery of Courie

I had couriered a book through Gulati Communications Courier Services, Near Batra Agencies, Jwalapur (Hridwar) from Jwalapur (Haridwar) to Baddi, Himachal Pradesh on dated 20.12.2010 (courier no.19793368) but after 10 days my packet had not been reached to the destination. Gulati Communication have not provide me any information regarding the matter he only gave me the mobile no.of concerned person, but not find out the solution of the problem, due to all of this I and my cousin who was the recipient of the courier suffered a lot of tension and problems.

I would like to urge you that please provide me Rs.10000.00 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as a claim from Gulati Communication against my sufferings.
