Non regular service by the garbage collecto

I being a resident of Bonphool Path, Housefed, Basistha Road, Guwahati-6 is facing immense problem from the guy who has been alloted on our area for garbage collection. The service is not on a daily basis and when asked for the reason of absence a rude behaviour is reflected back, Thus its my honarary request for the Director, GMC to look after this matter and find a way to get rid from this problem.
