To The Regional Passport Officer,

dear sir,

i have applied for a new passport on 4th/sept, for then i'm frequently checking my Passport STATUS (police enquiry not recieved) and as if now (15th/nov) its showing a message as 'OTHERS'.please let me know what does it mean exactly.
