Form 19 & 10C not settled

Sir,

This is to inform you that our previous employee Mr. Dhaneswar Sial & Mr. K.P. Singh P.F.A/c No. UP - 32396/90 & UP - 32396/113 has been submitted Form - 19 & 10C on 20.10.2010 but the Claim form of both employees are not settled till date. He has already personaly met to Asstt. P.F. Commissioner NOIDA on on 05.01.2011 he has given a time for one week for settlement of both Employee. An other many employer' s previous employees have the same problem.

Further to inform you that the Employer (code No. UP-32396) has not received the P . F. Slips since 2006 - 2007.

Therefore you are requested to please look in to this matter at your end.
