Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had purchase a mobile set SAMSUNG S5620, on 16 Oct. Of which IMEI No. 352053044006719. But unfortunately it was lost on 29 Jan in Gurgaon. I had logged a complaint on Sec-10, Gurgaon police station. Up to some time they used to tell me that they will try to track it but now they refuse to do so. Now HC of this police station told me that your mobile has lost not theft so we can not set it on tracking.
