Forceable challaning on use of tinted glass

This is to bring in your notice that we was challenged force lily by Haryana traffic police. As per the ruling I am using more 50% and 70% visibility in my car, but still without hearing anything, challeng was imposed on me.

There is no hearing for a common people in front of these traffic police they are imposing their own rule and regulation on the common people.
