Respected Sir,

The Hon'ble National Consumer Dispute Redrassal Commission, New Delhi passed order on 16.04.2010 regarding refund of undue/unjustified interest with 12% interest along with Rs.5000 litigation charges. The Haryana Urban Development Authority, Gurgaon not implementing even after made a several request to him.
