Rude behaviour of ticket counter staff

Respected Sir:

I am residing in Nungambakkam (in choolaimedu). I used to travel by train. For the last 3 months, we have been in trouble because of a lady ticket counter staff.

She uses bad words to the passengers. She is very rude and sometimes she never gives tickets. Always shouts at people and irritates us in the morning itself.

Though there are four ticket counters (3 general 1 season), only one general counter is opened always, which makes us to stand in long queue for hours. The lady staffs in nungambakkam are very rude and manners less. They ill treat us and spoil our day.

A lady staff should be around 50 years, lean and having a mole in her face troubles everyone.

I have already complained about this to RTA, but still I don't see any change in her behavior.

Railway service are the basic requirement for the public, but ladies like her spoils the government image.

Please do the necessary action.
